How do you handle conflicts?
First of all, I’m trying to separate people from problem and then focus on the interests, not the positions. I am adherent of win-win strategies, so I’m trying to go through collaborating model of handling conflicts, to generate a variety of possibilities for mutual gain and to collaborate the atmosphere where everybody feels comfortable. But of course, it’s a long shot, it requires a lot of efforts and time. So, if the situation demands quick actions I’m starting to look for a comprise – it’s not a win-win, but I can gain some time to come up with the long term resolution; and, you know, before people start to killing each other 🙂
