I believe, that all risks should be identified, analysed and tracked. For that reason I have prepared Risk register in my project spreadsheet with all important information. So when the risk has been known and identified I’m putting it into the register and start to analyse it – is it positive or negative, what is the impact and likelihood, what is the best response to it and other relevant factors. Once the risk is registered, I’m assigning it to owner and regularly reviewing it. If the risk has a major impact on the project, I’m reporting it to the high management or/and Client.
